I am a Ph.D. student at Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), China, specializing in bioinformatics data analysis and computational method development. My research centers on single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, with a particular interest in their applications in neurobiology and immunology.

I also completed a visiting research program at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, where I gained hands-on experience in epigenomic profiling analyses (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and CUT&RUN). My work there focused on investigating the evolutionary conservation of regulatory elements across species and applying deep learning approaches to biological data analysis.
