2025-04-30 Visiting PhD at UNSW sydney

During my one-year visiting program at UNSW, I systematically expanded my expertise in epigenomics, becoming proficient in ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and CUT&RUN data analysis. I applied multiple approaches to investigate the conservation of regulatory elements across species and explored the application of deep learning in biological data analysis. Throughout this experience, I further strengthened my research collaboration skills and broadened my international academic perspective, laying a solid foundation for the study of complex gene regulatory mechanisms.
