Single-cell Analysis of rAAV-mediated Tumor Pyroptosis
This study developed a recombinant adeno-associated virus strategy for controllable expression of the N-terminal gasdermin domain and demonstrated that it can induce tumor cell pyroptosis, activate antitumor immunity, and effectively inhibit tumor growth. In this project, I was responsible for single-cell transcriptomic analysis, characterizing the cell types and states associated with rAAV-induced pyroptosis, evaluating the impact of treatment on the tumor immune microenvironment, and generating visualizations to support data interpretation.
